Residential - commercial building Solida

WHITE CRYSTAL

This commercial-residential building found its place in the wider town centre, in an area dominated by low-rise buildings. Due to its height, a decision was made to use a simple facade, articulated with a regular rhythmic layout of openings on a plain background. L shaped floor plan opens up a small garden before the main entrance in the southwestern part of the plot. Ground floor facade is articulated by large glass openings and wood imitation cladding, making it nearly seamlessly blend with the surrounding terrain rich in vegetation. From the unobtrusive ground floor arises a four storey tall corpus of the building, crowned by an offset top floor containing luxury penthouse apartments.
